[Xastir] 2008 Tiger Map edge.dbfawk

Renaming doesn't seem to have had any effect. I renamed, then  
reindexed all maps but I still have all the roads that should not be  
showing above level 150 showing up at all levels. I tried closing  
Xastir, and even rebooting, hmmmm!
