[Xastir] possible xastir software engineering course project

Hello Jason

Its very interesting to make a move on Xastir by implementing directly
on it stuff like :

- SpatiaLite & SQLite
- Other Map Format (eg.  Garmin.Img), 

usefull for SAR to have the same BaseMap as Field-Team and have
possibility to record different kind of Clue and Information on
different GIS-Layer.
