[Xastir] KISS setup help

Very lucky.  It's the source of many broken digipeaters and igates --- look at 
APRSSIG's archives a few years ago when people were spending a lot of time 
pointing fingers at various digi and igate software, only to learn that it was 
the KISS mode of the TNC itself.

It crops up every year or two.
