[Xastir] State Boarders

Thanks Dick, the how-to document looks like it should help, except that the dbf doesn't look anything like I expected. I've copied a small piece of it below. It looks to me like it has the two letter state code, followed by the state name, then the fips code and finally the lat and long. But since none of them are really named, I'm not sure how to address them in the dbfawk file.

Anyone got an idea?
