[Xastir] No DBFAWK signature for Counties

Hi,

When I start Xastir, I get the following errors:
Finished indexing maps
*** Reading WX Alert log files
*** Done with WX Alert log files
No DBFAWK signature for Counties/hz28au04.shp!  Using default.

I am not familiar with this type of file. Any help would be appreciated.
