[Xastir] new qt license? (xastir v2, round n+1)

The software engineering folks are all excited about the newest Qt
tools.  I'm installing from source right now, and it's GPL 2 or 3
(take your pick) licensed.  Does this change any of the developers'
concerns over the Qt licensing?

I know database stuff is on the V2 list. It appears that sqlite is
built in to the latest Qt.  Not positive about that, we'll see when
the rather lengthy build process is complete.
