[Xastir] sending out weather data

from what I have read. I invoke this command on the box 

xastir_udp_client localhost 2023 <k4mqf> <123abc> ":@180022z3811.20NS07746.00W_112.5/3.4g000t67.0r000P000p000h00b00000/Spotsylvania, Va"
Does that look right ?

Perhaps have a cron entry kick off a message with xastir_udp_client?
