[Xastir] Xastir-1.9.5 compling error...

We've seen something quite like this before.

Check the Fedora 'install' guide:
http://www.xastir.org/wiki/index.php/HowTo:Fedora#Make_errors_on_Print.h

You're missing a 'devel' or header package. What exactly that package is 
- well, I don't use Ubuntu but I'd guess it's similar!

Try and install "libXp and libXp-devel" or their equivelants using 
whatever the package management is for your distro.
