The script itself says this:
   # Note:  It appears that .INF files store the lat/lon
   # in DD.MM.MMMM format.  Converting the script to this
   # format.
Here's an example of an INF file that I ran through the script
successfully:
     39.22.96N, 22.55.74E
     39.20.80N, 22.58.10E
