It's trying to use your install CD to install the package. It will
probably work just fine if you mount the iso and try again.

Alternatively (my preferred solution), you can stop using the CD as a
source so new packages are downloaded fresh from the internet.

Open your sources.list:
sudo nano /etc/apt/sources.list

My first line is "deb cdrom:[Ubuntu..." you probably see something
like this. Add a # in front of the line to comment it out / ignore it.

Save with Ctrl-O and exit with Ctrl-X.
