[Xastir] Filter commands for Ships

If you left click the ship, then left click the info link, you will get 
a page of info. (Saywhat?)

Look down the page to the "Last Path" entry. That will tell you how it 
got to aprs.fi

eg, in Melbourne Australia

Last Path: VHS2977>ais via VK2HIM, iv
