[Xastir] Confirm on Exit

Maybe the best solution is to remove the uptime clock so users don't
have an artificial need to keep the program running. </sarcasm>

In all seriousness, an exit confirmation would be a nice feature. I
don't close xastir often enough for it to become a nuisance.
