[Xastir] aea / pk-232mbx config update needed

Hi aprs'ers--

I've got xastir 1.9.6 running here with an aea pk-232mbx.

However it did need a change in the tnc-startup.aea file
in order to cure a data mangling problem.

Please add:

ACRDISP 0

...to your 'startup file. Otherwise the aea device will
happily insert a CRLF so that your 80 column screen looks
pretty. This has the effect of causing data truncation
when the resulting data captured off the air in igate mode
is sent off to the aprs concentrators.

I'm running in "serial TNC" mode here, by the way.

Also, there's several config commands in the startup file as
factory delivered that torment the tnc, they cause a "what"
error by the tnc but otherwise seem harmless.
