[Xastir] DRG's not cropping white space

Xastir uses only the .TIF and the .FGD files, so you're good there.

Perhaps you have the libgeotiff library compiled without the Proj.4
support?

You must install Proj.4 first, then compile libgeotiff with proj.4
support, then compile Xastir with libgeotiff + proj.4 support.  Fun
eh?
