[Xastir] HowTo Debian Squeeze

There's now a new HowTo for Debian Squeeze.

It's nearly identical to the HowTo for Ubuntu 9.04.

A standard configure works when the new HowTo is followed.

Delta's observed:

  ImageMagick and Festival were already installed by default
  after performing a network installation of Debian Squeeze.

  I didn't see OpenMotif so installed LessTif - so far seems to work fine

  Berkeley DB is version 4.8 in Squeeze vs. 4.7 in Ubuntu 9.04.
