[Xastir] Ubuntu 9.04 Live/Installation CD

Hi Tony and the list,

Thanks for the feedback on the Ubuntu 9.04 Live/Install CD.  I've
recorded 60 downloads (not including multiple downloads from the same
IP address) since making it available in mid August, plus Tom's site
shows another 16 via bittorrent.
