[Xastir] Tiger map intensity

Hi all,

I've been away from APRS for awhile and after a 'cvs update' notice
something odd with Tiger map display.  If the intensity is set to
anything less than 100%, I get no map displayed.  No problems, though,
at the overly bright 100%.  This issue sounds vaguely familiar, but I
can't find it after searching around a bit.

Can anyone jog my memory as to what I need to do to fix this?
