[Xastir] Installing Xastir 1.9.9 on Ubuntu

 From the installation notes, verbatim, that is where I am running into 
the error. When I type in the ./configure...that is where I am receiving 
the error about Motif Headers. I search for the errors and try to repair 
from there, only this time, with Motif, I am not getting past. Here is 
my error:
