[Xastir] Installing Xastir 1.9.9 on Ubuntu

The motif headers should have been installed by the second "apt-get install"
line in the "Start Installing Packages" section of the wiki instructions:

sudo apt-get install cvs autoconf automake xorg-dev imagemagick gv libxp-dev lesstif2-dev libcurl3-dev
  
Try redoing it and see if it gives you any indication of why it's failing to
install "lesstif2-dev".
