[Xastir] tiled maps shared with tangogps

looks like now the problem is gone. i see that first thing xastir
does after enabling map is 'reading tiles' so i suspect there could
be somewhat broken file which did not got removed as previously
it did hang in mem alloc of png routines, and after several startups
all broken tiled got removed and re-downloaded.
