[Xastir] Xastir-1.9.8 "stable" is released

On Mon, Feb 01, 2010 at 10:10:35AM -0800, we recorded a bogon-computron collision of the <curt.we7u at gmail.com> flavor, containing:

I notice that there are no release notes attached to the releases anymore,
or at least I couldn't find them easily.  Are they there somewhere I haven't
noticed?
