If it happened on my box I could force a crash dump, then look at it
with GDB to figure out where the buffer overflow occured.

Since it's your box plus the postgres or mysql code loaded in, I
doubt I could help you figure it out.  Very few people are running
the database stuff you've got compiled in.  The guy who wrote that
code may be able to reproduce the same errors, but I wouldn't know
who else to point you towards.
