IIRC, those are the options when you're running it in KISS mode.  One  
gives the file of the TTY file that it's going to spew out to, and the  
other is whether the file will be unlinked upon termination of the  
daemon.

They're only applicable if you're in KISS mode.  When you're in AX25/ 
MKISS mode, it doesn't use those parameters and uses the "ifname"  
fields and such.
