[Xastir] Xastir Server Ports

A bug-fix went in a few months back having to do with Xastir's
server ports.

Another bug was found Saturday in that section of code having to do
with removing downed client records from a linked list.  If the most
recently connected client disconnected, packets stopped flowing to
ALL connected clients until the server ports were brought down and
back up.

I fixed it and tested the heck out of it with multiple clients so
I'm fairly sure it is fixed this time.  The fix was committed
Saturday.

I can now connect/disconnect multiple clients in any order and
things seem to keep running.  Enjoy!
