[Xastir] gpx2shape script error

Hello again:

I got this error when trying to run gpx2shape....

bob at spare-laptop:~/Desktop$ perl gpx2shape 21.gpx
Can't locate XML/Simple.pm in @INC (@INC contains: /etc/perl
/usr/local/lib/perl/5.10.0 /usr/local/share/perl/5.10.0 /usr/lib/perl5
/usr/share/perl5 /usr/lib/perl/5.10 /usr/share/perl/5.10
/usr/local/lib/site_perl .) at gpx2shape line 26.
BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at gpx2shape line 26.

Simple.pm exists, but in different locations.... @INC is that a folder or
something else....

Would like to get this script working.....
