[Xastir] Updating to 1.9.6

I'm running 1.9.7 (from yesterday's CVS) on OS X 10.4.11 (PPC) and it  
compiled and runs without issues (all I needed to do was to use  
options with ./configure to point to the Berkeley DB stuff).
