[Xastir] locked

If you're trying to use AX.25 kernel networking w/Xastir then Xastir
shouldn't be trying to open up the ttyUSB1 port.  Check your
interfaces to see if you've got that one set to auto-start when you
bring up Xastir.  You can name the AX.25 port anything you want, but
I usually name mine something like "ax0" or "aprs".

Also:  If it's Xastir leaving that lock, then you're not shutting
Xastir down properly.  If you do File->Exit then Xastir will remove
that lock file before it exits.
