[Xastir] Error trying to install Ubuntu Binary from Xastir Site

Check out the directions on the Ubuntu 10.04 wiki and follow them to a T.
There was a problem with the libcurl3 being broken on the repositories.  If
you did that, feel free to ignore my posting.
