[Xastir] get-fcc-rac script

Hello,

I get the following when trying to run the get-fcc-rac.pl script.

# ./get-fcc-rac.pl
Name "main::prefix" used only once: possible typo at ./get-fcc-rac.pl line 31.
Can't locate ./values.pl in @INC (@INC contains: /etc/perl
/usr/local/lib/perl/5.10.1 /usr/local/share/perl/5.10.1 /usr/lib/perl5
/usr/share/perl5 /usr/lib/perl/5.10 /usr/share/perl/5.10
/usr/local/lib/site_perl .) at ./get-fcc-rac.pl line 29.

The above is from a Sidux 2010 installation - source from CVS dated
July 10th.  I get the same thing in Ubuntu 10.04 with a recent CVS
download.

I've never played with the callsign lookups before, so this is the
first time I've ever tried to use the script.
