[Xastir] Installing latest on hardy?

Jim,

 xastir199-2010-Jul-16.tgz compiles fine for me on an up-to-date Ubuntu 8.04
box. (I do not configure for kernel AX25 or use festival and do use everything
else.)

Can you post the error?
