[Xastir] Ubuntu Lucid Lynx (10.04) right click fix

Ok after having some help from Kevin (K1KWP) I too now have a temp
workaround for this issue...


> So, download lesstif 0.95.2 sources and expand into /usr/local

After placing this patch into the directory as stated above and
compiling, normal right click operation is restored!
