[Xastir] When your only tool is a hammer- using linux to send aprs packets

Check Tom's response just now on this list, plus another response to
your original query on the aprs at yahoogroups list.  That last has a
different format for the -d string.  Perhaps some of the ax.25 tools
require different formats and my man-page is different than yours?
