[Xastir] Distance in tables under View option

Nope.  The tables are fixed.  If you've found the Station->Filter
Display->Display Dist/Bearing option then that's about the best you
can do.  Also Station Info on a station will show that info.  The
only tabular form would be whatever's in the tables now.

You can also check out aprs.fi and get a nice table sorted on
distance.  Not standalone, but a nice site to add to your
capabilities.

I think that might have to be the case, unless you can get a
developer interested in tweaking this particular thing, or can do
the tweaks yourself and submit them back to a developer.
