[Xastir] Bad KPC3+ data

I goofed up something. This is a sample what I see if I monitor the TNC connected to Xastir. Can someone tell me what it is I accidentally set incorrectly that caused this?
At first I thought I just had the baud rate set wrong, but if that was the case would some of it be readable and other parts not?
Help!
