[Xastir] fedora 14

My build from cvs sources for Fedora 14 is still in progress (it does
look like it will work).
The included package for xastir is version 1.9.8.  However i found
that the fedora amateur radio sig has a package for xastir 2.0 at
http://kojipkgs.fedoraproject.org/packages/xastir/2.0.0/1.fc14/i686/xastir-2.0.0-1.fc14.i686.rpm
which seems to work just fine :-).
