[Xastir] NWS-Stations.txt

Has anyone used this file to put "NET Station Only" to be gated to RF?  
Does it work for beacons or is it only messages?
I do gate stuff normally to the net and have the file in  
~/.xastir/data/nws-stations.txt
There a couple of mobiles running around here which do not show up on 
RF, but they show up on the net.  They must be using one of the mobile 
sticks or something going directly to the net.
