Andrew, db queries wd be solely callsign searches, so for us in this
particular instance, PG's special merits WRT spatial data handling wd
provide no great advantages.  (That, plus I'm trying to keep the number of
new components for existing Tickets users to the minimum.)

Let me add that I'd look after the PHP/Tickets side of the interface.  All
I'd need from you wd be the db schema and connection credentials.
