[Xastir] bug report (KML snapshot invalid character)

I just submitted a bug report:

"Some KML files generated by Xastir 1.9.9 will not open in Google
Earth. Upon further investigation, an ampersand (&) character in a
Placename was causing this. Removing the offending character fixed the
issue."

I tried to attach the KML file to the bug tracker but it was over the
SF size limit. If a developer needs it just let me know and I'll send
off-list.
