[Xastir] multimon as soundmodem?

Hello. i've just found code of multimon
(http://www.baycom.org/~tom/ham/linux/multimon.html )
and it seems it works far better than soundmodem
(in means of accuracy of signal decoding)
main issue is ofc. that it isn't soundmodem 'replacement'.
on positive side - code is gpl v2 :)

just a note for anyone concerned.
