I have a limited space (100Mb) fully open anonymous ftp site. Xastir
users and developers are welcome to use it to store temporary files
for xastir troubleshooting and development purposes.  Of course, the
files are subject to go away at any time without warning, so don't use
it for the only copy of anything important.
