[Xastir] Error! can not find color file

My bet is that after the install the protection on the xastir.rgb file 
is wrong.  Or perhaps I should that whenever this happened to me that is 
the cause.  You may want to do a:
"chmod -R o+rx 
/Applications/Xastir.app/Contents/MacOS/Resources/share/xastir"

Thanks, that wasn't the problem but it got me closer.  When I run xastir 
from a command line, I get:

Error! can not find color file: 
/Applications/Xastir.app/Contents/MacOS/Resources/share/xastir/config/xastir.rgb
Error in Color file! Exiting...

The xastir.rgb file exists in that location.
