[Xastir] Xastir, D710 & APRS

Join the APRSISCE Yahoo group at http://groups.yahoo.com/group/APRSISCE/ 
and use that (Wiki at http://aprsisce.wikidot.com/).  It will do D710s 
natively and runs perfectly fine on Windows 7 64 bit with no special 
permissions.
