Really depends on which yes and which no answers are there, and what your
needs are.  Post the list and maybe we can help.

For on-line OSM you definitely need the ImageMagick/GraphicsMagick and 
"internet map retrieval" lines to say "Yes".  For shapefiles, you need (or at 
least want) shapelib, dbfawk, and pcre to say "Yes."  Many of the others are 
optional depending on your needs.
