[Xastir] Macintosh Snow Leopard + Xastir 2 + Kenwood TM-D710A = ?

I think the Prolific is actually working okay now.  I just need to see about
the startup and shutdown "scripts" that Xastir uses, I think.  Is there a
D710-specific one?  The Xastir wiki discusses one for the D700.
