[Xastir] Wiki update for Ubuntu 11.10

Fyi, the procedure for installing Xastir from source is identical for
Ubuntu 11.10 as it was for 11.04, so the Wiki has been updated to
reflect that.  The build script referenced was also modified to work
in version 11.10.  The binary version of Xastir 2.01 that was created
in October 2011 for 11.04 also works in 11.10, so that portion of the
Wiki has also been updated.
