An update to this one:

As a test I added BLN and a local message group SNYTT to 
"nws-stations.txt", saved it and restarted Xastir.
Then on another computer where I have UI-View I added the same SNYTT 
message group.
On this UI-View computer that only have Internett connection I sent a 
message to SNYTT and yes :-) Xastir sent it to RF and I received the 
message on my new TH-D72 because I have the SNYTT message group there.

Did the same test with a Kenwood group KWD and it also works fine.

Then a test to BLN.......... No  :-(
Maybe not the biggest problem but what I was thinking of is that if 
someone within my message range send out a BLN message it would be nice 
to see it in my car also but... sinse it seems to work with other groups 
maybe a message group LA for Norway or even NORWAY ??  :-)
