Yup - CVS has been down, as advertised, for a couple days now.

[user at localhost xastir]$ cvs update
cvs [update aborted]: connect to [xastir.cvs.sourceforge.net]:2401 
failed: Connection refused

Looks like it'll soon be time to learn a new CMS
