[Xastir] New install

Mike, 
I may be able to assist.  Available time is my biggest challenge.  
I am running on older version of Xastir (198), and a Davis Vantage Pro, with 
MySQL and Meteo. 

I know that I certainly could have used some pointers before going down that 
road, especially with Meteo.  

I may have to re-visit this config when I go through the upgrade to Xastir 2x.  
I just have not been able to make the time to do that yet. 


To paraphrase what Curt said, figure out what you want to do with the Weather 
Station data.
