[Xastir] Amusing: Xastir can't quite count (off-by-one error)

This isn't affecting the operation of Xastir at all (that I can tell) but somewhere in the Open Street Map code there's a small off-by-one error such that the message in the status bar will read:  "Downloading 8 of 7 tiles..." or some similar off-by-one error (I think it was "Downloading" but either way it's at the point where it's counting tiles).  

Again, doesn't affect the operation at all, it just amuses me a bit (obviously I need to get out more often).  It does it pretty consistently if I zoom or pan around and have to get new tiles.
