I'm going to parse the HTML from that page. There is another Norwegian
page with XML output but not with the same details.

I have installed Quantum GIS and have started editing the Australian
shapefiles etc. Just going to play with one county and some zones etc

If or when i have been able to send a "fake" NWS locally and if/when
it's displaying this in xastir i'm probably going to make a small howto.
